Coldwell Banker Bain's Community Partnership Program

Coldwell Banker Bain’s Community Partnership program assists registered, non-profit organizations in developing funds for community activities. Since 1988, Coldwell Banker Bain agents have donated almost $700,000 to non-profit organizations through the Community Partnership program.

For each transaction, I can designate 10% of the commission as a donation to one of my favorite community organizations (see below) that are registered in the program.  However, if you have a favorite non-profit organization that is registered with the Community Partnership program, I will gladly make a donation to that charity at the completion of the real estate transaction.
